WAREHOUSE LOADER NIGHT SHIFT JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scanning, picking, stacking, and wrapping products to pallets/carts for outbound shipments to the market. Always maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. We will train on forklift, if not certified. Additional responsibilities as needed. Starting Pay is $11.00 per hour with paid commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull orders as directed by pick system.
- Scan, pick, stack, and wrap product to a pallet or delivery cart.
- Ensure that all products are handled and stacked safely and securely to prevent damage.
- Ensure accuracy of product through systematic quality controls.
- Stage pallet or cart in designated area for loading process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with warehouse staff and truck drivers to coordinate loading and unloading processes.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification a plus.
