Your Mission: As our Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving our marketing initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to develop creative campaigns that highlight our projects, engage our audience, and showcase our unique approach to residential construction. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to create content that resonates and inspires homeowners to choose Mitchell Construction Group for their next project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and projects.
- Manage and curate content for our website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually stunning presentations and marketing collateral.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine our messaging and identify new opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance our brand visibility.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Foster partnerships with local businesses, vendors, and industry professionals to enhance our network.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in marketing, preferably within the home construction or design industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media platforms).
