As a Salesperson at Mitchell Construction, you'll be the face of our brand, meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. This is a commission-based sales role with a competitive earning potential. We provide warm leads, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to discuss their outdoor living projects
• Develop custom proposals and present solutions that align with client goals and budgets
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, home shows, and referrals
• Maintain relationships with past clients and generate repeat business
• Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication throughout the sales process
• Work closely with our design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and innovations in outdoor construction

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction, home improvement, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal skills, you love connecting with people and building trust
• Self-motivated and results-driven, you're ready to take ownership of your success
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with clients in a timely manner
• Familiarity with CRM software (or a willingness to learn)
• Reliable transportation to client meetings and job sites
• Experience in outdoor construction sales is a plus but not required
