- Conduct thorough evaluations of product performance through clinical laboratory testing and histology analysis.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all research activities and results in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field such as biology, chemistry, or cosmetic science; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in research development within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
