Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Office Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare reports and update internal systems as needed.
- Walmart Marketplace Expertise:
- Manage Walmart product listings and monitor sales performance.
- Resolve marketplace disputes or inquiries efficiently.
- QuickBooks Management:
- Record and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks.
- Assist with preparing invoices and monitoring payments.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics or a related industry.
- Proficient in Walmart marketplace operations and product management.
- Skilled in QuickBooks with a strong understanding of financial data entry and reporting.
