MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.

About the Job:
The Supply Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining supply inventory levels within the department storeroom utilizing the management system in place and issue to selected departments within the hospital as per daily pick lists. Responsible for receiving materials ordered by Purchasing personnel. Receipts of merchandise are documented appropriately in the materials management system and delivery of non-stock merchandise is made daily to the appropriate departments. Responsible for stocking shelves throughout the hospital and checking daily par limits and supplies levels within the area(s). Fills supply requisitions as required. Prepares and packages items that are to be returned to vendor(s).
Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education:
High school diploma or certificate required.
B. Experience:
Previous warehouse, receiving, stocking and inventory control in a medical setting is desired.
C. Special Skills & Aptitudes:
Ability for attention to detail, responsible and dependable.
