MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.

About the Job:
The welcome desk position is responsible for providing a great first impression and warm welcome to all who enter Mitchell County Regional Health Center. After greeting, the welcome desk position will help patients and visitors get to their destination.
We are looking for a friendly, upbeat person to be the first impression to MCRHC. They will greet and welcome all people who come into the facility and help get them to their next destination at MCRHC.
Qualifications:
- Ability to use Microsoft Office for correspondence and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to communicate well with the public, in a positive and professional manner.
- Must be trustworthy, independent, calm and friendly.
Shift: M-F 7am-5pm, in 2-3 hour shifts. Scheduled around your preferences. No minimum amount of hours required. Typically around 10-15 hours a week.
