Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation to completion
· Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met
· Coordinate with subcontractors
· Perform quality and safety checks/meeting per company policy
· Stage project with required equipment
· Track all subcontractor change orders
· Schedule owner/vendor deliveries
· Schedule Inspections with City & County
· Turn over a complete, clean store, with all final inspections signed off
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a project superintendent or similar role in the COMMERCIAL/RESTAURANT/RETAIL construction industry
· Familiarity with construction management software, Procore
· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, and clients
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate project documentation
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
