Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various administrative tasks and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
-Knowledge in the construction industry
-Knowledge of PPCC and ECMS is a Plus
- Experience with front desk duties, order entry, phone systems, customer service, transcription, and personal assistant tasks is advantageous
