Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Utilize content management systems to manage project documentation and communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct data analysis to assess project performance and inform decision-making processes.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to design programs that meet organizational needs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in requirements management throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management roles with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Heavy Civil Contracting experience
- Strong data analysis skills for evaluating project metrics and outcomes.
- Experience with ECMS and PPCC
- Proficiency in using Workday or similar tools for resource management.
- Knowledge of Visio for process mapping and workflow design is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
