Position Objective
To perform assembly of industrial electronic control panels by understanding and utilizing electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, component layout, drilling and tapping, and metal fabrication to produce high quality products for our customers.
- Read and understand blue prints, technical drawings and wiring diagrams and assemble from those documents
- Assemble small and large control panels
- Ability to safely use a variety of large and small power tools
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Perform point- to-point wiring on control panels
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Work in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Team player
- Sense of urgency
Preferred Skills Required
- At least one year experience with industrial electro-mechanical assembly
- Read and understand written documentation
- Standing entire shift
- Able to lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Warehouse environment
- Lean environment preferred
- Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of power tools
Education Required
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
