The Strategic Account Manager oversees and maintains relationships within a portfolio of major clients, by identifying their unique needs and requirements in order to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for growing business by developing strong customer relationships, owning a strategic plan for assigned accounts and sustaining growth to achieve long-term success. This position partners with the business development team to manage newly onboarded accounts, fill sales pipeline and identify new opportunities from existing accounts. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

- Develops sales funnel for future growth opportunities with core strategic accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objective s
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal team s
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trus t
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metric s
- Actively and consistently keep records in CRM of post-sale customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes to help drive increased sale s
