Property Manager
· Serve as point person for home and guest house.
· Work with regularly scheduled contractors, such as gardeners, security alarm personnel, pool technicians and pest control.
· Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
· Maintain database of handyman, vendors and repairman by job and location.
· Bid out projects to be completed.
· Supervise work performed and confirm completion based on contract/agreements.
· Ensure contractors are paid promptly.
· Renew maintenance plans and warranties of various appliances.
· Create and maintain a maintenance schedule for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Personal Assistant
· Run errands (business/personal) as needed and requested.
· Ensure the well-being of two dogs, including scheduling grooming and veterinarian appointments and take them to their appointments.
· Update Doggie Daycare with relevant vaccine information after vet visits.
Required Skills:
· 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Property Manager or experience working with contractors, repairman or properties.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with contractors and vendors.
· Love of dogs and ability to handle two sixty-pound dogs.
· Flexible.
· Ability to adjust schedule based on projects, including occasional weekends/holiday as needed.
· Ability to prioritize workload and work independently or with minimal supervision.
· Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint).
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass background security check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
