A well-known, accredited behavioral health clinic in CT is seeking a full-time licensed clinician to lead their Outpatient Program. This clinic is part of a leading non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing behavioral health services across CT. Job Duties:
• Provide Clinical Supervision.
• Role is 50% administrative and 50% working with clients.
• Manage a caseload of up to 20-25 clients.
• Ensure that staff members complete all mandated training and development.
Qualifications:
• Connecticut State LCSW, LMFT, LADC or LPC.
• Master's Degree in a Human Services field.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with adult outpatient behavioral health services.
• Knowledge of Electronic Healthcare Records and Microsoft Office Suite.
