The Business Impact Analyst will support the development and execution of business impact analyses (BIAs) across various organizational departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk analysis, technology assessments, and business continuity planning.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of high-level business impact analyses (BIAs) for multiple business units.
Assess critical business operations, technology dependencies, and third-party service integrations.
Develop and implement a framework, templates, and project plans for BIA execution.
Collaborate with business partners to facilitate discussions and gather key insights.
Conduct enterprise-wide technology mapping, focusing on transaction flows.
Deliver final BIA reports, summarizing findings and recommending areas for improvement.
Ensure that the developed BIAs are easily maintainable and updatable by business areas.
Support business resiliency management efforts and contribute to organizational risk strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in business continuity planning, risk analysis, and technology impact assessments.
Strong understanding of business operations, transaction flows, and third-party integrations.
Ability to develop structured templates and frameworks for BIA documentation.
