Summary Of Position
- Oversees the Project and its staffs, supervises four Master's-level Clinicians, two Family Support Specialists.
- The Clinical Supervisor is charged with providing weekly reflective supervision to the IHRP team and with ensuring that treatment follows the FBR model.
- Provides reflective supervision of four licensed Master's-level clinicians and two Family Support Specialists.
- Provides weekly reflection of the team's progress and suggests methods for improvement of treatment provision.
- Provides progress reports and relevant data to Project Lead.
- Must possess strong leadership skills and experience working with grant-funded programming
- Demonstrates understanding of the Family Based Recovery (FBR) treatment model and adapted IHRP model; ensures client treatment follows the IHRP model and tools and measures are complete and timely
- Participates in meetings and calls regarding technical assistance;
- Provides weekly reflective supervision to the team
- Reviews all referrals, determining their eligibility for enrollment in the program;
- Attends and provides direct clinical care at the weekly parent-child outpatient group (Social Club) and in the home when needed due to clinical acuity or staff absence (required to be available 8 am to 8 pm for staff/parent issues and/or concerns);
- Takes action as needed to address clinical issues in coordination with Project Lead;
- Develops a strong collaborative relationship with the DCF DCP&P local office's IHRP liaison;
- Attends DCP&P reviews to guide team around discussion topics;
- Serves as a liaison with DCP&P District Local, frequently communicating with assigned caseworkers via phone and/or encrypted email regarding client's progress;
- Works in close collaboration with DCP&P local office from the time of the referral until the client is discharged;
- Effectively oversees the direction and the collection of clinical data to maintain level of service and provides data to the Project evaluator;
- Submits monthly reports on clients' progress toward treatment goals to DCP&P staff;
- Rotates on a 24/7 on-call schedule
- Attends required trainings;
- Maintains current, respective credentials and/or licensure status;
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Must be licensed as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist and preferably also as an LCADC
- Minimum of 5 years' experience providing clinical and/or substance use services to children and families
- ASAM Proficient
- Prior supervisory experience required
- CCS or ACS preferred/can support in gaining this
- Valid drivers license
