Description:
* We are looking for a hands-on Cyber Support Analyst to assist in maintaining and enhancing an organization's IT and cybersecurity environment during a significant cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.
* This role involves direct interaction with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors while providing technical support and contributing to a range of security-related projects.
* The candidate will play a key role in system hardening, identity management, and network support, and will be expected to support both legacy systems and emerging technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
* 5 years of experience providing IT support with a foundational understanding of cybersecurity
* Practical knowledge of cloud platforms and identity and access management systems
* Familiarity with networking tools and infrastructure technologies
* Experience supporting older enterprise systems and infrastructure setups
* Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to escalate and collaborate with technical teams
* Effective communication skills for working across departments and with external partners
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and operate effectively under evolving priorities
Desired Skills:
* Exposure to system migrations and infrastructure upgrades
* Experience assisting with authentication and access control enhancements
* Demonstrated adaptability, eagerness to expand knowledge, and a proactive approach to support tasks
* Capable of serving in multiple roles within a small or midsize IT team
Compensation:
Pay Range: $49-$70 Per Hr
