Description

• The Data Governance Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-level processes, standards, and tools to support data governance, data security, and data management.
• This role will guide the organization in leveraging data for informed decision-making and implementing analytics-driven strategies.
• The selected candidate will oversee the creation of a data governance framework, implementation of future-state architecture, and development of data quality, security, compliance, metadata, and information governance strategies.
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience in data governance and data management, including standards, data quality management, governance practices, security standards, and stewardship.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, business sponsors, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure data governance objectives are met.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships across departments.
  
  

Desired Skills

• Degree in business administration, computer science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of business analysis, project management, and product management concepts.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as PCI, ISO, and NIST.
  
  

Compensation

Pay Range: $112000K-$160000K
