Location: Southeastern Region (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)
Description
The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and delivering best-in-class digital experiences across web, mobile, and native applications. This role requires a multidisciplinary approach to UX and visual design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create elegant and user-friendly solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with design systems, conducting user research, and implementing design best practices in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver user-centric digital experiences across web, mobile web, and native applications (iOS & Android).
Apply user-centered design principles to create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specifications.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to craft holistic product solutions.
Support usability testing and leverage research findings to enhance the customer experience.
Benchmark existing products and services to identify areas for improvement.
Manage multiple projects, balancing time and expectations while maintaining design quality.
Adhere to design system patterns and champion best practices for digital experiences.
Utilize storytelling and strong communication skills to present design concepts effectively.
Required Skills
3 years of experience as a UX or product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
Expertise in designing multi-channel consumer-facing applications, including e-commerce, transactional systems, and user workflows.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, Agile methodologies, and rapid ideation techniques such as Lean UX and Design Sprints.
Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines to create consistent experiences.
Proficiency in Figma for design creation and collaboration.
Desired Skills
Financial services or enterprise-level UX experience.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
