Description:
We are seeking a Director of IT Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to lead strategic initiatives, oversee ERP system operations, and drive digital transformation within corporate business functions. This role requires expertise in ERP systems, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership to ensure efficient and effective enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT teams, driving innovation, and aligning technology with business objectives.
Required Skills:
10 years of IT experience, including leadership in ERP system implementation and management
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level IT projects
Strong knowledge of ERP and HCM systems, including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other core enterprise applications
Expertise in system architecture, security, compliance, and regulatory standards
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to align technology with organizational goals
Ability to manage and develop IT teams, fostering collaboration and strategic planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills:
Master s degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience in large-scale system upgrades, migrations, and process automation
Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in enterprise environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage budgets, financial planning, and operational efficiency initiatives
