Description

• As the Director of Federal & Integrated Regulatory Guidance, you will lead a team of regulatory professionals who analyze evolving regulations, collaborate with business teams to understand their impact, and provide strategic guidance to ensure compliance.
• You will be responsible for regulatory oversight and interpretation across a broad portfolio of federally integrated healthcare products.
• This role primarily operates remotely, with in-office presence required for key meetings, collaboration, or business needs.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience working with healthcare regulations, including leadership roles in compliance or regulatory departments
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare law, policies, and managed care regulatory requirements
• Expertise in compliance programs and regulatory frameworks for health plan operations
• Strong leadership skills to direct and supervise personnel
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships across internal business groups and external agencies

Compensation

Pay Range: $105000K-$150000K
