Title: End User Trade Floor Support Analyst

Location: Northeast Region, U.S. (Hybrid)

Description:
* We are seeking an End User Trade Floor Support Analyst to provide IT support for business users in North America.
* This role involves supporting technology used by trading teams, assisting with troubleshooting, and contributing to platform enhancements.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in trading and sales platform support, technical troubleshooting, and incident management.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for trading and sales staff across the region.
* Assist in troubleshooting critical trading platforms, applications, and endpoint devices.
* Manage incident reporting, escalations, and communication of complex issues.
* Offer expertise on trade floor technology, including communication systems and remote access solutions.
* Support service incidents and problem management for IT infrastructure events.
* Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and track team goals.
* Maintain service quality by assisting users via phone, email, and collaboration tools.
* Develop and document standard operating procedures for technical support.
* Foster cross-functional relationships and contribute to organizational efficiency.

Required Skills & Abilities:
* Strong experience in trading and sales platform support.
* Expertise in troubleshooting and managing incidents for critical business applications.
* Familiarity with market trading technologies, routing systems, and order management platforms.
* Ability to handle high-pressure environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in communication technology and infrastructure support.
* Experience mentoring and managing support teams.
* Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Desired Skills:
* Experience with financial services IT support.
* Exposure to ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
* Understanding of technical security principles in a trading environment.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $77000K-$110000K
