Description:
* We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to provide expert-level support and configuration for assigned systems.
* This role involves mentoring junior analysts, collaborating with clients to optimize operational workflows, and ensuring the availability and quality of application services.
* The Analyst will also manage projects, address complex technical issues, and contribute to long-term strategic planning in a dynamic IT environment.

Responsibilities:
* Provide expert administration, troubleshooting, and configuration for assigned applications.
* Mentor and train junior team members while acting as a liaison between teams and departments.
* Facilitate client meetings and working sessions to identify and improve business processes.
* Deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Oversee and manage large-scale projects across multiple departments, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
* Create custom solutions or advanced configurations to address workflow challenges.
* Maintain detailed project plans, resource estimates, and status reports for stakeholders.
* Support IT initiatives through proactive research and recommendations of emerging technologies.

Required Skills:
* Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (additional experience may substitute for education).
* Minimum of five years of experience in IT or business workflow support.
* Certification in relevant applications (e.g., Epic) within six months of hire.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and system troubleshooting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Knowledge of multidisciplinary business or clinical information systems.

Desired Skills:
* Experience with large-scale clinical or business system implementations.
* Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to engineer technical solutions.
* Familiarity with managing multiple projects and systems simultaneously.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $910000K-$130000K
