* The Experience Designer is responsible for conducting user research, shaping the vision for digital experiences, and developing intuitive and visually compelling designs.
* This role involves working collaboratively to create engaging, branded digital solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct user research to define personas and map user journeys.
* Identify user challenges, workarounds, and behavioral patterns.
* Design branded digital experiences that are consistent across platforms.
* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction designs.
* Align visual designs with brand and product standards.
* Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.
* Collaborate within an agile team to ensure accurate implementation.
* Track user experience metrics and report on design improvements.
Required Skills:
* Expertise in interaction design for desktop, web, and mobile applications.
* Strong visual design skills, creating high-fidelity product screens.
* Experience working with scalable design systems.
* Proficiency in design tools such as wireframing, prototyping, and visual design software.
* Experience designing systems and tools for user interactions and collaboration.
Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with human-centered design principles.
* Foundational knowledge in data engineering, cybersecurity, and automation.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $53.90-$77.00/Hr
