Description:
* We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure applications.
* This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, and overseeing the full software development lifecycle.
* The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of modern software development methodologies.

Required Skills:
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend and frontend technologies.
* Expertise in designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
* Proficiency in API-driven development and service-oriented architectures.
* Strong database management skills, including experience with relational and non-relational databases.
* Experience working with cloud computing platforms.
* Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
* Understanding of continuous integration, deployment, and DevOps best practices.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Desired Skills:
* Experience working with modern front-end frameworks.
* Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
* Industry experience in a technology-driven sector is a plus.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $44.10-$63.00 Per HR
