Description
- We are seeking an experienced IAM Operations Specialist to support identity and access management functions.
- This role involves handling inquiries, managing access provisioning, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
- The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders and contribute to process improvements and automation efforts.
- Serve as the main contact for identity and access management (IAM) inquiries and escalations
- Manage ticket queue, ensuring prioritization and resolution within service level objectives (SLOs)
- Expertise in IAM policies, processes, and technologies
- Oversee the completion of periodic access reviews and attestation processes
- Perform access provisioning and de-provisioning within defined timelines
- Support the entire account management lifecycle
- Develop and manage roles for application onboarding
- Assist in modernizing and maturing access management programs
- Engage with key stakeholders to enhance IAM collaboration
- Conduct training and outreach for IAM users and administrators
- Identify and implement process improvements, self-service options, and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with development teams to address system defects and enhancements
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation for IAM-related changes
- Maintain up-to-date IAM procedures and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in a regulated industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
