Title: Java Production Engineer
Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days hybrid)
Type: Contract - W2 Only, No C2C
Must Haves: Java Backend, Production Support in live environments, Application Enhancements, Payments Frame works (Swift, ACH or UPF)
Description
- This role is more of an engineering role than it is a development role.
- Resource will be in a production environment and will need to understand all aspects of an application development process, through understanding of payments frameworks including UPF (Universal Payments Framework)
- Combination of Mentor/Coaching, Java Engineering, Production Support and Application modifications and enhancements
- Small team environment, this resource will mentor and coach other members to reach team goals.
- Understanding of ISO2022
Requirements
- 8 years of Java based Application Development, with strong production support and troubleshooting skills to implement updates, modifications and enhancements to a vendor delivered application.
- Must have experience 4 years with a Payments Framework (Swift, ACH, UPF, RTFP)
- Python is nice to have - will be focused more on automated scripting and job processing within an UNIX/Linux server environment.
- Experience with Payment Applications (ACI, MTS, CHIPS)
