A community health organization (FQHC) located in the Bronx has an immediate need an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to work in Primary Care, adult Medicine or Pediatrics
This healthcare organization is known for their exceptional system of care to members of the community, including the medically, socially and economically disadvantaged.
Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: 8:30- 430p with one late night on Wednesday or Thursday ending at 8pm, and alternating Saturday
Location: Bronx, NY
Pediatric medicine: Patients from birth through 21 years of age. Specializing in: Normal and abnormal growth and development of patients, preventive medicine including all immunizations recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, healthy lifestyle, promotion of literacy and family planning.
Adult Medicine: Preventive care checkups; Immunizations; Screenings, health counseling, and treatment for chronic diseases, HIV counseling, testing and treatment and related services.
Young Adults and Adolescents Health Unit Adolescent through age 26 as above

Requirements
Valid LPN License in New York State
1-2 yrs of LPN experience in Acute Care or Primary Care
EMR Experience Required
