• We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Administrator to manage and support various financial processes related to loan servicing.
• This role involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations, analyzing data to uncover trends, and providing guidance on loan servicing requirements.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage and financial services, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in office productivity tools, particularly those used for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of loan delinquency processes, including early-stage, late-stage, and post-resolution procedures.
• Understanding of investor requirements related to financial loss mitigation strategies.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the mortgage, banking, or financial services industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
• Strong ability to interpret and analyze large data sets to identify trends and actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of technical systems and applications relevant to financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Compensation

Pay Range: $34.30-$49.00 Per HR
