Title: Manager, AI/ML Product
Location: Hybrid within the Southeastern Region

Description:
The Manager, AI/ML Product, will leverage data to gain insights into the product and business ecosystem, identify opportunities, and shape product development. This role will lead product teams using a data-driven approach, develop hypotheses employing various analytical methods, and communicate findings through data-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate will influence leadership decisions, establish credibility, and inspire a team of data scientists to drive AI/ML innovation and strategy.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of data scientists in developing AI/ML-driven business strategies.
Oversee analytics projects from start to finish in collaboration with cross-functional teams to guide product strategy and investments.
Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to influence product direction.
Analyze large and complex datasets to solve a wide range of business problems using various analytical and statistical techniques.
Define and measure the success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve product performance and guide roadmaps through data-driven insights.
Contribute to advancing the data science discipline by driving best practices, improving analytical processes, and mentoring team members.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Product Management.
Expertise in managing AI/ML-driven product development and business applications.
Strong analytical skills with experience handling complex datasets and generating strategic insights.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through data storytelling and presentations.

Desired Skills:
Master s degree in Data/Decision Sciences or a related field.
15 years of experience in Product Development and Product Ownership.
Experience in designing AI/ML-based business solutions.
5 years of leadership experience in AI/ML product development.

Employment Type:
Perm/Full-Time

Compensation:
$170,000 - $200,000 base salary
