Description
- Act as a Product Manager/Product Owner for digital servicing teams, guiding the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple product initiatives from planning to testing and launch.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts, to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Manage and refine onboarding processes for an external developer portal, while enhancing API-based offerings designed for large-scale user engagement.
- Work with marketing and technology teams to launch web-based servicing pages to a wide audience.
- Support technology teams with tools for managing tasks, including tracking and organization.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and PI planning to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proven ability to manage and lead the lifecycle of complex product initiatives independently.
- Strong experience working with API-based solutions.
- Expertise in web-based product management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and methodologies.
- Experience scaling and refining onboarding processes for developer platforms.
- Knowledge of tools for task management and tracking.
- Ability to partner effectively with marketing and technology teams to drive product launches.
