Title: Migration Systems Engineer
Location: Hybrid within the Southeastern Region

Description:
The Migration Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in integrating recently acquired companies into the parent organization. This position focuses on IT infrastructure, operations, and security migration, requiring expertise in system integration, cloud platforms, and network reconfiguration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering seamless transitions.

Responsibilities:
Migration Expertise: Lead and execute migrations of PCs, servers, and user profiles into the parent domain.
Cloud Migration: Manage the consolidation of Office 365 and Google Workspace into a unified Microsoft 365 tenant.
Network Integration: Reconfigure LAN infrastructure to align with corporate standards, ensuring seamless connectivity.
Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with technology partners to deploy firewalls and facilitate 365 migrations.
Technical Proficiency: Apply advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking technologies.
Customer Focus: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Travel Readiness: Travel up to 50% to various locations for on-site migration projects.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in IT infrastructure and systems engineering, with a strong focus on migration projects.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Office 365 migration tools.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $100K-$110K/year
