Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Application & Product Architect to lead technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic architectural goals. This role will drive innovation, enhance system security and privacy, and integrate emerging technologies to optimize product development. The ideal candidate will provide expert technical guidance, oversee portfolio alignment, and manage technical debt while fostering collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead architectural strategy for a diverse portfolio of applications, ensuring alignment with global technology standards.
Promote collaboration and best practices across teams to improve operational efficiency.
Drive the exploration and integration of emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven solutions.
Provide expert guidance on technology strategy, architecture, and implementation.
Ensure adherence to security and privacy regulations across all technology initiatives.
Manage and mitigate technical debt, prioritizing improvements that enhance system performance.
Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and global technology leaders to execute a unified strategy.
Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8 years of experience in technical architecture, leading large-scale technology initiatives.
Expertise in security and privacy frameworks related to regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in product development.
Experience with data modeling, structured content, and knowledge organization systems.
Proficiency in modern architectural patterns, including scalable and modular development frameworks.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and technical debt management.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with standards for data modeling and metadata management.
Experience integrating structured content models for enterprise applications.
Understanding of semantic technologies and knowledge graph implementation.
