- Over 5 years of experience managing programs focused on data-driven projects.
- Ability to understand strategic and technical program details and summarize effectively for decision-making.
- Proficiency in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, from inception to deployment.
- Familiarity with digital workplace tools for collaboration and productivity.
- Experience working across highly matrixed organizations.
- Relevant certifications in project management or process improvement.
- Proficiency in collaboration and reporting tools.
