Title: Research & Insights Specialist
Location: Southeastern Region (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
Description
The Research & Insights Specialist will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making by conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies. This role involves designing, implementing, and analyzing research projects, managing research panels, and transforming data findings into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to excel in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Research Study Design and Execution:
Design, implement, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including brand tracking, concept testing, pricing analysis, and focus group moderation.
Develop, distribute, and analyze surveys using tools such as Qualtrics.
Research Panel Management
Support the management and growth of internal proprietary research panels.
Moderate qualitative research sessions, including one-on-one interviews and focus groups.
Assist with planning and organizing in-person events involving panel members.
Data Analysis And Reporting
Analyze data sets to uncover key insights and transform findings into clear, actionable narratives.
Develop detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate trends and research findings to stakeholders.
Project Management And Communication
Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to share project status and insights.
Partner with marketing teams to analyze data and derive strategic insights.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field.
Experience conducting end-to-end qualitative and quantitative market research projects.
Experience with survey design and analysis tools such as Qualtrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and visualization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly and persuasively.
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering accurate, actionable reports.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Skills
Experience managing research panels and collaborating with research vendors.
Effective presentation skills for diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
