Description

• We are seeking a skilled RPG Developer to support application development and maintenance within a business systems environment powered by midrange computing platforms.
• This role is responsible for developing and maintaining solutions that support enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Working collaboratively with senior developers, the RPG Developer will help design scalable, maintainable code that supports business operations and end-user needs.
• This role requires a background in structured development practices and an understanding of service-oriented architecture within ERP frameworks.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development using midrange computing languages in a structured ERP environment
• Proficient in both procedural and modern free-format coding techniques
• Experience designing and implementing service-based integrations (e.g., JSON, REST)
• Ability to debug and maintain applications using a variety of tools and techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Effective at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Solid understanding of business operations related to sales and service workflows
  
  

Desired Skills

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python
• Familiarity with structured change management processes and tools
• Exposure to third-party operational tools and automation platforms
• Background in supporting large-scale ERP system implementations
• Strong documentation habits and testing discipline
  
  

Compensation

Pay Range: $75000K-$105000K
