What You’ll Be Doing:

- Role-play real-world sales scenarios to master objection handling and persuasive communication.

- Use LinkedIn and other tools to research key decision-makers and build targeted sales lists.
- Connect with professionals at all levels and develop the confidence to hold meaningful business conversations.
- Participate in team-building activities and sales challenges that make learning exciting.
Real-World Business Development Experience
- Work closely with our team to help identify top IT talent and match them with the right opportunities.
- Contribute to sales campaigns, assist in crafting outreach strategies, and refine messaging to attract top clients.
- Help coordinate meetings, track leads, and see firsthand how business relationships grow.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Outgoing, motivated, and eager to pursue a career in sales.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for meeting new people and building strong relationships.
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges with creativity and confidence.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and client databases is a plus—but we’ll teach you the rest!
