Description

• The Automation Tester - Enterprise Systems will be responsible for leading and executing automated testing efforts for enterprise applications, ensuring system functionality, performance, and integration across platforms.
• This role involves working closely with development and business teams to implement test strategies, utilizing automation tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy in testing workflows.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automation testing efforts for enterprise platforms.
• Develop and implement test strategies for functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Utilize automation frameworks and tools to execute and analyze test cases.
• Work collaboratively with development, quality assurance, and business teams to improve testing processes.
• Maintain test documentation, track defects, and ensure test coverage for system requirements.
• Support testing methodologies in agile and waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test environments and automation scripts.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in software testing, including 3-5 years in test automation leadership.
• Strong background in testing enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks and tools.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking systems.
• Knowledge of scripting, API testing, and mobile application testing.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall development methodologies.

• Industry experience in regulated business environments.
• Relevant test technology certifications.
• Exposure to cloud-based enterprise application testing.
• Experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing.

Compensation

Pay Range: $70-$80 Per HR
