Title: SAP/Salesforce Tester
Location: Hybrid - 50% Paid Travel to Midwestern Region
Description
The SAP/Salesforce Tester will support the final release phase of a Work and Asset Management (WAM) program by leading testing activities and working in a dual-lead model alongside the implementation partner. This role requires expertise in SAP and Salesforce testing, experience in large-scale transformation programs, and strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as a project-level test lead, reporting to the Manager of Testing.
Work in a collaborative "two-in-a-box" model alongside the implementation partner.
Lead and manage a team of testers, ensuring efficient execution of testing processes.
Conduct SAP and Salesforce testing, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Utilize JIRA and Tricentis qTest for test management and execution.
Coordinate testing activities across Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Travel up to 50% to project locations in the Midwestern region.
Required Skills
7-10 years of testing experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience testing SAP and Salesforce platforms.
Participation in at least two large transformation programs in a testing role.
Strong proficiency in JIRA and Tricentis qTest.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Desired Skills
Experience with test automation and performance testing tools.
Industry Experience In Utilities (highly Preferred).
PMP certification or relevant test technology certifications.
