Description
- We are seeking an experienced supply chain execution expert with a consultative approach and over a decade of experience in the field.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forecasting, order management, key metrics tracking, and coordination across operations, merchandising, and logistics.
- A deep understanding of supply chain business processes and technologies is essential.
- The role requires analytical thinking and the ability to assess operational challenges, determine root causes, and develop effective solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- The consultant will play a key role in improving supply chain processes, integrating systems, and driving operational excellence across various business functions.
- Extensive experience in supply chain execution, including forecasting, order management, and operational coordination.
- Strong proficiency in planning and enterprise systems, such as materials requirements planning (MRP), distribution requirements planning (DRP), and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Advanced expertise in analytical tools, data interpretation, and problem-solving techniques to drive business improvements.
- Ability to develop and implement cross-functional supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Experience in creating process and system integration efficiencies between merchandising, supply chain, sales, product development, and operations.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating dashboards.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ASCM CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in managing modern inventory management, demand planning, and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain industry trends, best practices, and change management strategies.
