Description

• The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the financial strategy and operational success of the organization.
• This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, building dynamic financial models, and driving long-term business planning.
• Key duties include monthly close support, intercompany reconciliation, ROI evaluation, and cost and cash flow analysis.
• The analyst will also support forecasting and budgeting efforts, particularly for long-range plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise-wide financial insight and decision-making.
• A strong command of financial systems and modeling tools is essential for driving continuous improvement and enabling strategic initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or reporting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of core financial principles, including US GAAP
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools such as spreadsheets and data visualization platforms
• Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering financial reports, business plans, and variance analyses
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently with high integrity and confidentiality
• Familiarity with developing and managing product cost models and tracking capital investments
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and enterprise financial platforms
  
  

Desired Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing-focused environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly implementation or optimization projects
• Experience in long-range financial planning and value flow steering
• Background in fixed asset monitoring and cost control
  
  

Compensation

Pay Range: $77000K-$110000K
