Description:
* The Senior Tech Lead - Principal is a key position responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications and features.
* This role requires collaboration with business users and vendors to define strategies, requirements, and execution plans while managing projects and troubleshooting technical issues.
* You will lead various aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality software systems.
* Additionally, this role involves data stewardship and analysis, leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to enhance data governance and insights.

Required Skills:
* 10 years of experience in a tech lead or software developer role.
* Proficient in coding with a strong emphasis on clean and efficient development practices.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas and translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Expertise in Agile development and system integration through APIs, web services, or data transformation tools.
* Experience managing projects in regulated environments.
* Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems.

Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with orchestration tools and advanced data visualization platforms.
* Knowledge of modern cloud-based systems and development practices.
* Experience in mobile app development and working with advanced machine learning technologies.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $13300K-$190000K
