Job Description

• The Senior Technical Architect will work within the Identity Services team to design, implement, and maintain a portfolio of identity-related solutions.
• This role requires expertise in system integration, access management, data analysis, reporting, incident resolution, server administration, and team leadership.
• The architect will assess technology capabilities, evaluate vendors, and collaborate across teams to develop secure and scalable solutions.
  
  

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience managing identity management solutions.
• Proficiency in software development using widely used programming languages.
• Experience integrating access control solutions with enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, including cloud and on-premise environments.
• Expertise in managing both Unix and Windows server environments.
• Strong knowledge of directory services and API-based system integrations.
• Ability to assess performance, stability, and security of identity services applications.
• Experience mentoring and training team members.
• Hands-on experience with automation and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  
  

Desired Skills

• Background in security within a regulated industry.
• Experience with single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
• Familiarity with creating and managing metrics dashboards.
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and database management.
• Experience in managing enterprise cloud environments.
  
  

Compensation

Salary:$161000-$245000/Year
