Description:
* The Software Developer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new features.
* The role involves independently handling mid-size projects, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring robust and secure solutions.
* The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle while adhering to best practices in coding and security.

Essential Functions:
* Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and information systems.
* Participate in and sometimes lead design and review meetings.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and site issues, implementing preventive measures.
* Collaborate with users and teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
* Provide guidance to junior developers to ensure system efficiency and robustness.
* Work closely with security teams to maintain application security.
* Assist in project planning and management tasks.
* Contribute to CI/CD pipeline activities and development procedures.
* Provide on-call support when needed.

Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
* 4-6 years of experience in software development.
* Proficiency in application programming languages and web development frameworks.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
* Experience working in an Agile development environment.
* Strong knowledge of database design and web services.
* Basic project planning and management skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Desired Skills:
* Experience in cloud-based application development.
* Knowledge of microservices architecture.
* Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $70000K-$100000K
