- The Software Project Manager will collaborate closely with product and technical teams to facilitate efficient execution of software initiatives.
- This role emphasizes project planning, coordination, and administrative responsibilities to improve team workflow and support overall delivery.
- The successful candidate will have deep experience in project management for software teams, an understanding of modern tools and practices, and the ability to oversee technical compliance requirements while contributing to streamlined operations.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing software projects, ideally within an iterative development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and project execution methodologies.
- Proficient in using digital project tracking platforms and managing system workflows.
- Experience with industry compliance frameworks and overseeing secure process adherence.
- Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Well-organized with exceptional multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
- Skilled in identifying and solving challenges that impact team efficiency or project milestones.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of working under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Prior experience managing access control and user permissions across internal systems.
- Background in writing technical contributions for proposal support and documentation.
- Familiarity with producing analytical project reports to guide performance improvement.
- Experience identifying and implementing operational process improvements.
- Professional project management certifications are a plus.
