Mitchell Martin Inc, a privately owned, technology focused, staffing company which relies on data analysis of many external and internal sources to best understand, run, and transform its business. The Systems Administrator is responsible for end user set up, maintenance, and support in our Microsoft Environment and Business Systems; as well as the corporate provided laptops and cell phones.
The successful candidate will help drive Mitchell Martin’s digital transformation as an insatiable problem solver, who puts the customer above all else and balances these traits with an ability to complete the task at hand. The candidate should demonstrate the responsibilities, skills, and experience indicated below.
Responsibilities:
- Systems Administration – end user management and general management of systems configuration in support of business needs.
- Ownership of Identity Management and User Management lifecycles in IT systems
- Management of system configurations for users
- Management of configured integrations between systems
- Asset Management & Security
- Management of vendor agreements for end user licenses, laptops, and cellphones
- Procurement, setup, and management (maintenance, tracking, decommissioning) of all corporate laptops (including monitors, mice, keyboards, etc) and all corporate cell phones
- Responsible for maintenance of end point security policy and procedure
- End User Support
- Responsive to in-person and virtual end user requests for technical help coordinated with Level 1 Support and other team members
- Apply and seek process understanding to determine how systems are being used, how they are intended to be used, and identify gaps when they exist

Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and M365 Administration is required.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related position
- Operate from New York Office (Times Square) 2-4 days per week
Salary Expectations - $70,000 to $85,000 per year
