Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of IT systems across multiple locations, including support centers and administrative offices.
- This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with system functionality, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support, both on-site and remotely, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- 5 years of IT support experience or a degree in a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in network infrastructure, including cabling, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Experience with system security best practices and troubleshooting.
- Ability to configure, monitor, and support IT networks.
- Familiarity with operating systems and software applications commonly used in business environments.
- Strong knowledge of system imaging, hardware deployment, and maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate with external vendors to escalate and resolve issues.
- Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
- Experience with encryption software and security applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to provide user training and documentation on IT best practices.
- Understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools.
