Description

• The Technology Business Management team is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to support corporate technology and innovation initiatives.
• The TBA will play a critical role in streamlining processes and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational practices and capabilities.
• This role requires collaboration across multiple corporate functions, including finance, legal & compliance, human resources, and enterprise risk.
• The TBA will be responsible for managing relationships between technology and business units and coordinating multi-year technology roadmaps.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management, preferably within financial services.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills while maintaining the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to work independently and think creatively to meet business objectives.
• Ability to develop an understanding of business functions and investment capabilities and effectively communicate requirements.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Experience working with enterprise technology solutions and platforms.
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance processes within a corporate environment.
• Ability to engage with technology vendors to ensure optimization of platform capabilities.

Compensation

Pay Range:$44.10-$63.00/hrs
