Description:
* The ERP Financial Systems Specialist will support key financial initiatives within an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.
* This role will require a strong understanding of finance and accounting, translating business needs into system and operational requirements.
* Responsibilities include system design, module configuration, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. The candidate will provide functional support for financial modules and assist in implementing system enhancements.
* Additionally, the role involves project management, compliance with security policies, and close collaboration with IT and development teams.
* The scope of support includes North America and EMEA regions.
Responsibilities:
* Provide functional support for financial modules within the ERP system.
* Analyze, design, configure, and test system enhancements.
* Lead ERP financial projects, including implementation, testing, and training.
* Collaborate across IT domains to ensure seamless functionality.
* Offer day-to-day system support, including patches, reporting, and troubleshooting.
* Identify and implement best practices to optimize platform use.
* Produce detailed documentation, including system requirements, workflows, and test plans.
* Ensure compliance with company security policies and technical requirements.
* Work with development teams on system enhancements and user interface improvements.
* Provide training and support to financial system users.
* Participate in late-night production support and weekend system updates as required.
Required Skills:
* Hands-on experience with ERP financial systems, particularly in payables, fixed assets, and reporting.
* Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
* Ability to articulate end-to-end business processes and integration points.
* Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally to support enterprise-wide financial processes.
* Proficiency in SQL and related reporting tools.
Desired Skills:
* Experience with property management financial systems is a plus.
* Project management skills, including experience with project planning tools.
* ERP financial certifications are a plus.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $133000K-$190000K
