Responsibilities :
Act as the first line of response for user and application-related issues.
Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting mechanisms for platform services.
Implement and oversee incident management and resolution processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues comprehensively.
Escalate unresolved issues to engineering teams as needed.
Create and maintain technical support documentation and process guidelines.
Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to enhance product reliability.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in support methodologies and tools.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills :
Proven experience working with various software platform integrations.
Hands-on experience with database optimization and query performance tuning.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in application support.
Familiarity with operating system environments and containerized deployments.
Expertise in implementing and refining DevOps release pipelines.
Experience developing alerting processes and system monitoring solutions.

Pay Range : $200000K-$300000K
